Extensive knowledge of running and walking workouts including pre-run and post-run stretches. The best times of the day to run, what to wear, what to eat, and how to maintain a running schedule.

We both participate in track and field. Our most extensive knowledge is in jumping, sprinting, and long distance events. Limited knowledge in throwing.

Our Sports Medicine knowledge consists of how to treat pulled and strained muscles, shin splints, aching knees, and other aching joints caused by strenuous running. Stretches can also be taught that can improve upon avoiding these injuries.
